Spring 2010 Wedding Contest Rules

The contest is open to couples who plan to marry in Las Vegas, NV on or before September 30, 2010. Employees and family members of Mark Swink Photography are not eligible. Only 1 entry per couple allowed.

The prizes are not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded.

The contest begins at 12:00:01 am PT on January 1, 2010 and ends at 11:59:59 pm PT on March 31, 2010.

Decisions of the contest judges are final.

The number of prizes awarded will be determined by the number of eligible entries.
For over 100 valid entries the prize table below will be applicable.
If there are less than 100 valid entries; Mark Swink Photography reserves the right to amend the prize table.
Grand Prize: 50% discount on the package of your choice.
2nd and 3rd places: 30% discount on the package of your choice.
4th and 5th places: 20% discount on the package of your choice.
6th - 10th places: 10% discount on the package of your choice.

Winners will be notified by email or telephone no later than April 10, 2009.

All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners.

Participation in the contest constitutes permission for Mark Swink Photography to use entrant's name, address (city and state), likeness, photograph, picture, portrait, voice, biographical information, and/or any statements made by anyone regarding Mark Swink Photography for advertising and promotional purposes without notice or additional compensation.

By participating, entrants and winners agree to release and hold harmless Mark Swink Photography, its advertising and promotion agencies, and those companies officers and directors, from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost, or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in contest, or possession, acceptance, and/or use or misuse of any prize.

Mark Swink Photography is not responsible if contest cannot take place or if any prize cannot be awarded due to situations or acts beyond the reasonable control of Mark Swink Photography.

Mark Swink Photography reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice.
